Sofur serves as an intermediary platform connecting pet parents with independent service providers, including veterinarians, groomers, trainers, boarding houses, walkers, and daycare providers.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
a. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
b. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for vetting service providers, verifying their qualifications, and ensuring they meet your requirements.
c. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our app.
5. SERVICE PROVIDER INDEPENDENCE
All service providers listed on the platform operate independently. Sofur does not manage, control, or supervise these providers.
6. PAYMENTS
a. Payments facilitated through the app are subject to our payment processor's terms.
b. Refunds or disputes are to be resolved between the user and the service provider directly unless stated otherwise.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
• Post false or misleading information • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to harm the platform, its users, or service providers through hacking, harassment, or fraud
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sofur is not liable for:
• The quality, safety, or outcomes of services provided by listed providers • Damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the platform or interactions with service providers
9. PRIVACY POLICY
By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from your use of the app will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the applicable laws of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
Sofur reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
14. INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Sofur is a technology platform that merely connects users with independent pet service providers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or control the services rendered by these providers.
• Any communication, agreement, service outcome, or dispute between a user and a service provider is solely between those two parties.
• Sofur shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding, injury, loss, negligence, misconduct, or dissatisfaction arising from such interactions.
• Users are solely responsible for making informed decisions before availing any service.
